These terms apply to your use of rexkonservices.us and to services booked with Rexkon Tech LLC. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

Rexkon Tech LLC provides plumbing, electrical, lawn and yard, and smart home and technology services. The work is carried out by qualified technicians working on our behalf, and Rexkon Tech LLC is responsible for the work and for resolving any problems with it. Package prices shown on our website are estimated ranges; your final price is confirmed with you before work begins.

Service area

We serve customers throughout the United States. Technician availability, scheduling times and pricing can vary by location.

Quotes and payment

Work starts only after you approve the quoted price. If additional work is discovered, we will request your approval before proceeding. You pay Rexkon Tech LLC directly. You pay Rexkon Tech LLC directly, never the technician. Payment is due when the service is completed unless agreed otherwise. We pay the technician only after the job is completed to your satisfaction. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Scheduling and cancellations

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made after a technician has been dispatched may be subject to a trip fee, which will be disclosed when you book.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about the job, safe access to the work area, and any equipment or materials you have chosen to supply yourself.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, where Rexkon Tech LLC is based, except where the law of your state requires otherwise.
