Satisfaction concerns

If you are not satisfied with completed work, please call us at (209) 899-9523 within 7 days of the service. We will first try to resolve the issue, which may include sending a technician back at no extra charge.

Eligible refunds

• Services that were paid for but not performed.
• Work that we are unable to correct after a return visit.
• Duplicate or incorrect charges.

Non-refundable items

• Services completed as quoted and approved.
• Parts and materials already installed, which are covered by any applicable manufacturer warranty.
• Trip fees for cancellations made after dispatch.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
